About the Cover

A multi-perspective view, depicted in this cover as three lines of visions from identical “intellectuals,” is a requisite of a strong research culture, especially in higher educational institutions. Nevertheless, a well-articulated research culture is more than just uniformity in insights and practices of the key players in research process; inclusively, it pertains to the common shared vision of what a relevant research is and how it can be utilized to impact societal development.
