The comparative investigation on the ablation transformations were carried out for the phenolformaldehyde resin composites on base of silica fabric and hollow corundum micro spheres. It was establish that the corundum micro spheres addition lead to the composite's heat conductivity reduction. As a result the temperature increased at the exposed spot, the linear erosion rate increased by the factor of 2,7 and the coking front line decreased by a factor of 2,3. In the issue the ablation gave rise to the high-temperature mechanical and chemical erosion and these last in turn triggered the number of the serial-parallel chemical reactions with both the composite material porosity increasing and the creation of the hightemperature reaction products mainly the silicon carbide.Ill.9.
