The reliability of cutters equipped with replaceable polyhedral wafers from oxide BO13, oxide-carbide WOK71 and nitride PKC22 ceramics when turning hardened steel 35ХГСА (44‒48 HRC ) was estimated using the developed technique. The high efciency of the formed set of operational characteristics and established wear criteria is proved.Ill. 4. Ref. 15.
