ABSTBACT Kennethia pomorskii, a new genus and species of subfamily Onychiurinae is described from North America. It has a unique suite of apomorphic morphological characters and is most closely related to Arneria Pomorski, 2000; DinochiurusPomorski &amp; Steinmann, 2004; and ReducturusPomorski &amp; Steinmann 2004. A key to genera of the tribe Hymenaphorurini is given.
