Health is one of the major point of concern that every individual is worried about. There are different aspects of health. Slight variations in any of the aspects can be unpleasant at any point of time. Amidst this pandemic there has been quite a many incidents of dramatic loss of lives due to severe issues in mental h ealth. It's obvious that there might be certain level of stress during our daily lives. If the levels of this stress factor maximizes then it would bring many unfavorable health problems such as anxiety, sadness, depression and other physical health problems too. So our main aim is to develop an efficient system which can be quite favorable to large no of patients in early detection of any mental health issues. This project gets hold of most of the constraints that lead to stress, anxiety, and several other mental health problems. We have proposed the design of an efficient mental health monitoring system which will be able to measure stress levels based on sensing various physical parameters, such as heart rate, Spo2, body temperature and pressure. It also involves a GPS sensor to locate and rescue a patient in case of emergencies like panic attack.
