Bioterrorism is a current threat of terrorism as a contemporary exponent. Bioterrorism vectors affect the security environment causing damage with direct action on the human habitat. In a bioterrorist attack environment undergoes major changes and transformations in human factors implications especially as the main target of terrorist elements. Bioterrorist attack is the most important manifestation of terrorism in terms of spreading panic and terror of the civilized world community. As a principal result of equation bioterrorism-environment, negative effect is received by human.
