The objectif of this paper is determening the content of tocopherols using a HPLC method with a FL detector and fatty acids in six romanian cereal grain varieties( wheat varieties: Ariesan, Dumbrava, Stil; maize varieties: Turda 201, Turda 160 and Turda 215).
