Length‐weight equations are presented for six New England flatfishes: yellowtail flounder, Limanda ferruginea (Storer); winter flounder, Pseudopleuronectes americanus (Walbaum); American plaice, Hippoglossoides platessoides (Fabricius); witch flounder, Glyptocephalus cynoglossus (Linnaeus); fourspot flounder, Paralichthys oblongus (Mitchill); and windowpane, Scophthalmus aquosus (Mitchill).
