The present study on “Role performance of gramsevaks” was conducted in the year 2020-21 in Amravati district. For this study 60 gramsevaks were purposivley selected with the help of random sampling method. Frequencies, mean, S.D, coefficient of correlation were used to analysis of data. The result of the study showed that majority of 68.33 per cent of gramsevaks belonged to middle age group, 60 per cent of gramsevaks educated upto diploma level, 85 per cent of gramsevaks were married, 63.33 per cent of gramsevaks had medium level of cosmopolitness, 53.33 per cent of gramsevaks had medium level of service experience, 66.66 per cent of gramsevaks had medium level of knowledge about developmental activities, 58.33 per cent of gramsevaks had medium level of distance from headquarter, 61.66 per cent of gramsevaks had medium level of scientific orientation, 66.66 per cent of gramsevaks had medium level of job satisfaction. Majority of 63.33 per cent gramsevaks had good level of overall role performance. Whereas, majority of 56.66 per cent of gramsevaks faced the constraints interference of the local leaders.
