Three spirosolane alkaloid glycosides, including solamargine ( 1 ), solasonine ( 2 ), and khasianine ( 3 ) were isolated from water soluble fraction of the whole plant of Solanum nigrum . Their chemical structures were determined by HR‐ESI‐MS, NMR spectroscopic methods and by comparison their spectral data with those reported in the literature.
