The self‐assembly behavior of double‐hydrophilic block copolymers, in which one block is a dendronized PMMA and the other consists of PNiPAM, is described. For certain samples of the first‐generation series, fully reversible formation of rather uniform spherical objects in the range of approximately 90 nm is observed by TEM, suggesting a vesicular assembly.
