Moringa leaf is one part of the Moringa plant which has been studied a lot of nutrition and usefulness. Moringa leaves are rich in nutrients, including calcium, iron, protein, vitamin A, vitamin B, and vitamin C. This research was a quantitative study using 4 treatments, namely pellet feed control treatment without Moringa leaf flour, A treatment of pellet feed with additional Moringa leaf flour 3%, B treatment of pellet feed with additional Moringa leaf flour 5% and C treatment of pellet feed with additional Moringa leaf flour 7%. The parameter measured was the growth rate in tilapia . The results showed the use of 7% moringa leaf flour mixed with pellet feed obtained the highest value at a specific growth rate of 0.12% with an average weight of 3.16 grams and the lowest in the control feed which was 0.09% with an average weight average 2.28 grams. At the survival rate, the addition of 7% Moringa leaf flour to the pellet gets the highest value with 100% survival. The use of 7% Moringa leaf flour mixed with pellet feed is the best result for the growth and survival of tilapia.
