THE ROLE OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY IN THE PROCESS OF TEACHING A FOREIGN LANGUAGE IN THE PRIMARY SCHOOLS OF KAZAKHSTAN

The article discusses the concept and the role of Information and Communication Technology in the primary schools of Kazakhstan in the process of teaching a foreign language. The article describes a number of advantages of using information technologies and their effectiveness during the foreign language lessons, both for primary school pupils and a foreign language teacher.
