The topicality of research theme is lead by increasing importance of organizational culture to and its role in organization management trends. The interest in organizational culture is observed not only among scientists and researchers, but also among business founders and business leaders, what in present situation should be associated with the positive aspect. The aim of the study – in accordance with the analysis of organizational culture to identify its role in the organization’s activity. For organizational culture assessment were applied K. S. Cameron and R. E. Quinn (1999), Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI). On the bases of the study were developed basic elements of organizational culture and established existing and desirable organizational culture profiles. There were defined the factors which revealing the importance of organizational culture in an organization activity.
