In this paper we study Rafael Barrada's paintings that have for subject sacred narration from the Bible (New Testament) and other popular christian legends. First, we think these works as a story by sequences, each one integrated part of a narrative macrosequence. Then, we relate them with his Gaucho and Estatnpones, analysis that permits us to understand Barrada's last production as engaged with other reality: of his own country and Latin America.
