The appropriate selection of air conditioners for data processing system areas requires the knowledge of the environmental design conditions, the air conditioning systems successfully used computer and the cooling loads to handle. This work contains information about a wide variety of systems designed for computer room applications. a complete example of calculation to determine the amount of heat to be removed for satisfactory operation, is also included.
