ThearticledealswiththetheoreticalaspectsofForsythetechnologyasaninnovativemechanismforformingpartnershipsbetweenpublicauthoritiesandbusiness.Asforeignexperienceshows,theimplementationofForsythprojectsallowsforeffectiveinteractionbetweenthesemostinfluentialactorsinpoliticalandeconomiclife.ItiswithintheframeworkofForsyte-projectsthatthepossibilityofbothdesigningthegoalsofsocialdevelopmentandtheidentificationofwaystoachievethemiscreated.ImplementationofthenewestmechanismsofstrategiccoordinationoftheeffortsoftheauthoritiesandbusinessisanactualtopicforUkraineintheconditionsofthestructuralsocio-politicalandsocio-economiccrisis.TheauthordrawsattentiontothepossibilityofcombiningtheeffortsofvarioussectorsofsocietywithintheframeworkofForsyteprojectsattheregionalandlocallevels,wherethepossibilitiesofcooperationofpowerandbusinessaremuchlargerthanatthenationallevel.Thiscanhaveapositiveeffectonthestrategicsuccessofthedevelopmentofterritoriesinthefuture,whileensuringtransparencyoftheactionsofboththeauthoritiesandbusiness.Meanwhile,inUkraine,Foresightstillheldonlyasprojectsforforecastinganddevelopingscenariosforthedevelopmentofthecountryandcertainspheresofpubliclife.ThereisverylittlepotentialforForsythasaninnovativemechanismfordesigningthefutureandforinteractionbetweengovernmentandbusiness.ThearticlestatesthatinUkraine,themutualinfluenceofpublicauthoritiesandbusinessintheimplementationofForsythes,inthecontextoftheweaknessofcivilsociety,isoneofthemainfactorsinachievingthepositivegoalsofthefutureintheeconomy,inpublicpolicy,andinthesocialandhumanitariansphere.TheauthoralsoexaminesthespecificmechanismsandmethodsofimplementingForsythesprojectsusedintechnologicallyadvancedcountriesandthepossibilitiesoftheirapplicationinUkraine.
