The research paper discusses about the relationship between technology utilization and organization design with good governance in public service agency (badan layanan umum/BLU). Public services institutions have been frequently impaired by corruption. Transforming the good governance principles in organization becomes a critical agenda to decrease the impact of such corruptive actions.Technology and organization design theoritically proposed as two of antecedent variables encouraging the acceleration of such transformation.
