The Paradox of Legislativa: Regulasi Bagi Ideologi

ABSTRAKPerjalanan panjang pancasila sebagai ideology telah menuai banyak kontroversi. Salah satunya, upaya pemerintah untuk menyeragamkan pancasila kepada semua pihak. Penolakan bermunculan dari seluruh strata masyarakat. Karena pemerintah akan membentuk penyeragaman melalui hukum, yakni dalam bentuk RUU HIP/PIP. Gagasan ini akan menimbulkan banyak pertentangan, dari pengkerdilan pancasila, kerancuan ketatanegaraan, hingga paradox yang dihasilkan dari regulasi ini. Sebagai ideal ideology, seharusnya pancasila merdeka dengan segala penafsiran serta tak perlu dipamerkan dengan bentuk aturan.Kata Kunci: Pancasila, RUU HIP, RUU PIP ABSTRACTThe long and winding pancasila’s journey as an ideology has reaped plenty of controvercy. The endeavour of Government to force all parties to believe in pancasila, for instance. At the present, The Legislative Body of Indonesia is drafting the regulation for pancasila on implementation level, called RUU HIP/PIP. On the other hand, there is a sea of rejection from Indonesian society for that issue.  Inasmuch as, this idea will triggered the contradictions of pancasila as an ideology, the ambiguity of national ordinances and the existence of paradogical regulation. As an ideal ideology, pancasila should be free with every interpretation, thus it is not necessary to be displayed by specific regulation.Keyword: Pancasila, RUU HIP, RUU PIP
