The foreword introduces The Economics of Peace and Security Journal (EPSJ) as a new activity of Economists for Peace and Security (EPS). EPSJ is prepared by scholars and specialists, but intended to be accessible to the broader community. EPSJ seeks to support a wider commitment of economists to work on the vital issues of peace and security through research and teaching as well as participation in pubic and policy discussions.
