This special focus issue for the Canadian Journal of Disability Studies brings together three essays that destabilize normative requirements for “healthy sexuality”, calling into question the ways in which some people are institutionally held outside of or beyond the capacity for maintaining a sexuality at all, never mind a “healthy” one.
