The prognosis of severe coronary artery disease (CAD) patients undergoing left ventricular restoration (LVR) and ineligible for concomitant coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) is unclear. This study illustrates the clinical characteristics and the long-term survival of these patients in a retrospective cohort.
