The circulation of alcoholic beverages in Indonesia is currently quite extensive because in almost every region in the Indonesian jurisdiction there are small shops to large stores that sell alcoholic beverages. Actually the existence of alcoholic beverages often reaps problems in various regions because the concern of most people is that they only cause harm to drinkers and the surrounding community, but the fact is that alcoholic beverages are a contributor to the local government. This research uses the observation method by selecting Semarang city as the location. Data collection was carried out by the method of observation and interviews with alcoholic sellers as respondents. Observations went on with a few obstacles, because there were questions the respondents did not want to answer, because according to him it involved privacy, such as the identity of the family and where the liquor was sold, and the form of alcohol being sold.
