This article provides a detailed language analysis of Mrnavić's Osmanšćica, because the language of his Croatian literary work has not yet been thoroughly researched. Considerable attention has been paid to Čakavian and Štokavian phonological and morphological characteristics exclusively, which may lead to the conclusion about the dialectal base of his language.
