The consolidated SWOT-analysis of the environment of innovation-oriented infrastructure public-private partnership (PPP) proves that the infrastructure of Ukraine (its condition, efficiency and quality of services) significantly loses to the infrastructure of developed countries due to chronic underfunding and inefficient public administration. The traditional form of presenting results has been improved in terms of highlighting additional components in each block (strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats). These are the components that are due to four factors: a) the mechanism and nature of PPP economic relations; b) features of the infrastructural sphere of PPP; c) innovative development; d) sustainable development; Each of these factors imposes its own characteristics, so their impact is taken into account and demonstrated by a group of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats on the relevant grounds separately.
