The organizational and economic mechanism of innovationoriented public-private partnership should have a scientifically sound structure and a clear clearly structured conceptual model that can provide a superstructure for the regulation of its activities and development. It is provided by structuring and modeling of the organizational and economic mechanism is in accordance with the defined goals and innovation. That is, the structuring of the organizational and economic mechanism of innovation-oriented publicprivate partnership has a model completion and should have instrumental and functional support.
