The aim of the article is to consider the issues of the attitude of Serbian youth to Russian culture and the activities of Russian cultural centers in Serbia on the basis of sociological surveys conducted by the author of the article. The survey methodology consisted of questioning Serbian students through an electronic questionnaire on the Facebook platform. In conclusion, it is stated that the Serbian student youth has a very weak understanding of the Russian sphere of culture and education, and therefore the overwhelming majority does not know about the possibility of free education in the Russian Federation, is poorly aware of the quality of life in Russia. Joint efforts of Russian and Serbian state and civil structures are required for a qualitative change in the situation.
