Despite the recent improvements in Internet Banking or Online Banking, there are still some constraints, mainly security related issues and some other factors, which contribute to the hesitations of individuals’ Internet Banking adoption. Instead of widely used behaviorist models our study utilizes panel data and explores why Internet Banking is very common in some Turkish provinces but not in the others. To investigate the relationship among the data we employed correlation statistics and to study the differences better in Internet Banking adoption among the provinces we used Mann-Whitney U non-parametric statistical analyses.
