Enhancing woman’s role research in Turkey in terms of managerial, economical and social respects<p>Türkiye’de yönetsel ekonomik ve sosyal bakımdan kadın rolünü geliştirme araştırması

Turkey is a big country with a population approaching 78 million. The 50.2% population of it men and 49.8% are women. According to the data 2014, Turkey is located in the category of developing countries with 10.518 dollars national income. But, young people potential and geopolitics position can not be converted to advantage for country’s economy. Because, we have to see the Netherlands which has 17 million population, has greater national income than Turkey’s which has 78 million population. This situation is undesirable status for Turkey that can not rise to the level of developed countries, unless use your advantages. However, young people are becoming aging. In this research, Turkey’s least developed regions, Gümüşhane and its districts have been issued and the role of women’s social and economical situations are researched. For that reason, the obtained results are analyzed by statistical approaches and some inferences about that have been given.   Özet Türkiye, 2014 yılı sonu itibari ile 78 milyona yaklaşan nüfusu ile büyük bir ülkedir. Nüfusun % 50.2’si Erkek, % 49.8’i kadınlardan oluşmaktadır. Bununla birlikte Türkiye, 2014 verilerine göre 10.518 dolar civarında kişi başı gelirle gelişmekte olan ekonomiler kategorisinde yer alan, jeopolitik ve genç nüfus potansiyelini avantaja dönüştürememiş ülkelerden bir tanesidir. Çünkü 78 milyon nüfusa sahip Türkiye’nin milli geliri, 17 milyonun altında nüfusa sahip Hollanda’nın gerisinde olduğunu görmek gerekir. Bu güne kadar Türkiye’nin Genç nüfus avantajının kaybolmakta olduğu, nüfusun yaşlanmaya başladığı ulaşılan diğer bir sonuçtur. Bu araştırmada Türkiye’nin az gelişmiş bölgelerinden biri olan Gümüşhane ili ve seçilen ilçelerinde yapılan, kadının sosyal ve ekonomik yaşamdaki rolünün geliştirilmesi araştırmasında elde elde edilen sonuçlar, istatistiksel yöntemlerle analiz edilerek bir genel çıkarsama yapılması amaçlanmaktadır.
