This study presents a discussion on the area of plane geometry or non-Euclidean geometry, having as focus the primitive ones of plane The present study presents a brief history of the initiatives of the Brazilian government to train teachers for the use of technologies. The methodology used is qualitative and has a descriptive character, instrumented by bibliographical revision of authors from the areas of technology and education. From this study, it is possible to infer that it is essential that teachers not to be intimidated by the use technologies in the classroom, have access to solid training and contribute to the development of activities at school, joining theoretical and practical knowledge. It is not enough to equip the school with technological resources, it is necessary to adequately qualify teachers so that they can democratize the use of technologies in the classroom, presenting the various possibilities of using these technologies to stimulate learning.
