The article is the current concept review on the problem of discogenic pain relieve by intradiscal procedures. The data for study included abstracts from the MEDLINE database over the last 10–15 years, articles published in Russian and Ukrainian periodicals, as well as in «Spine», «European Spine Journal» and other medical referral sources.
