The development in technology affects every area of our lives as well as learning-teaching process. This situation makes it essential to give place to information technologies in educational applications. The purpose of this study is to create a web-based story writing portal which makes thinking enjoyable and increase creativity and creative writing. Based on a predetermined plan in this way, enhancing students' writing and thinking skills attainment has been intended. The study's being grounded on web-based and interactive is to provide students an environment far from fears, since mental and emotional comfort allow freedom in writing. Therefore, this study contributes to raise individuals who are creative, curious, able to think deeply and able to think freely in judgment and ideas. Thus, the study will be an important step to apply such a beneficial educational approach which intends to bring up creative individuals to meet the needs of present day.
