In the Islamic perspective, the time has a great value. Therefore, we find that many and different terms related to the time have been used in the Qur'an and the Sunnah such as time, age, era, period, day, days, and others. Because of its importance, Allah does swear by time, morning, day, night, evening, and the day of Resurrection, in addition, Almighty counted time as one of the great blessings on mankind, and mentioned in his book in the gallery of gratitude. If time has such high status in the Islamic perspective, it must play a vital role in the field of constitution, law and legislation either fixed or variable. Variables have a significant impact on the rules which have changed over time means something might be applicable in the time of the Prophet in a certain way, while in our time with compliance with the law it might change. This research aims at shedding light on this aspect and indicate its rooting and its legislative importance and support for survival and permanence. The research is divided into an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, and the most important findings and recommendations.
