Condition of bone tissue and calcium - phosphorus exchange in patients wish type 1 diabetes mellitus. Aim: the estimation the calcium - phosphorus exchange and calcium - regulation hormones of absolute insulin insufficient on base measuring. Materials and methods: were inspected 61 patients wish type 1 diabetes mellitus (age 20 - 50 years) and prolong of disease from 1 to 24 years. All patients got insulin in dose-depending regime. 38 patients were diagnostic decompensate type 1 diabetes mellitus, 18 - subcompensate diabetes mellitus and 5 patients had stage of compensation disease. Control group was consisted by 50 people. All patients were estimated calcium - phosphorus exchange and condition of calcium - regulation hormones.Results. It is marked the level of calcium (Ca) increase and increase secretion of parathyroid hormone (PTH) and calcitonine (CT) in depending of prolong and during type 1 diabetes mellitus. Increasing of urinasy exretion calcium and phosphor has positive correlation with the glycemia level in the blood in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus.Conclusion. It was marked the calcium - phosphorus exchange and increase calcium - regulation hormones levels.
