Competence is a result from three components: acquired knowledge, accumulatedexperience and developed skills. This article presents a design of a competency model in healthcare.The effective management of modern healthcare facilities relates to the establishment of a streamlinedand effective system of powers in connection with application of the competent concept in practice.
