
MAJOR MISCARRIAGES OF JUSTICE IN THE APPLICATION OF PRIVATE INTERNATIONAL LAW

Taking into account the specifics of law enforcement in private international law, the most commonjudicial errors arising in the process of working with the norms of this branch of law were identified andsupported by relevant examples. Separately analyzed are judicial errors in the application of internationaltreaties with the participation of the Russian Federation, judicial errors in the application of conflict oflaws, as well as judicial errors in the establishment and application of foreign substantive law. In addition,attention is drawn to potentially complex law enforcement issues, in the solution of which judicial errorsare likely.
