The ontogenetic tactics and survival strategies of Fragaria orientalis Losinsk have been studied in CentralYakutia. There were revealed 4 types of ontogenetic tactics of organismic characters of morphological structures. By thenature of consistency manifestation in the organization of the plant morphological structure, were established two typesof ontogenetic strategies (protective-stress and stress-protective) and a competitive-stress-tolerant ecological-cenoticstrategy (CS-strategy). The species clearly presents both the traits of a competitor and the traits of a stress tolerant.
