This paper tackles the problem of companies that offersubscription services, plans or any other recurring method ofpayment. In this commercialization model, it is important to keepthe churn rate low b ut to d efine strategies for reduce churn rate itis needed to identify what are the main reasons for losingcustomers . The application of data mining techniques may assistto find out patterns that can trace the most likely customers tobecome churns. Through this research, using the data miningprocess, it was possible to identify that, among other factors, thenon utilization of the main system modules and the high defaultrates corroborates for customers to become churn.
