We report that the negative refraction can be achieved through surface waves on a metal surface with the array of drilled holes. Using a rigid full-vectorial three-dimensional finite-difference time-domain method, we also demonstrate the sub-wavelength imaging of a point dipole source by a slab of such a structure.
