The flora of the Rapateaceae from Bahia State, Brazil, is presented here. Two species of Rapatea, R. paludosa and R. pycnocephala, and one species of Cephalostemon, C. angustatus, are recognized. An identification key, descriptions, illustrations and comments for taxa are presented, as well as a map of species distribution in the state.
