Next month will see the end of Kathryn Harley’s three-year term as Dean of the Faculty of Dental Surgery. Her achievements and successes during her term of office as the first female Dean of the Faculty speak for themselves. Her level of commitment and standard of leadership will certainly be a hard act to follow. So what is my vision for the Faculty for the next three years?
