Palatal myoclonus, which is a rare form of tinnitus, is described in this paper in a young child. Multiple etiologies and, therefore, multiple therapies have been described in many papers. In this case, the tinnitus stopped spontaneously after 4 months without therapy, causing one to question further the efficacy of the many recommended modalities of treatment.
