To present four cases of an X‐linkcd inner ear malformation, the authors studied inner ear malformations and present here all the radiological, genetic, and audiologicnl tests of these patients. The importance of this paper is to reinforce the differential diagnosis between this pathology and otosclerosis in order to avoid surgical procedures.
