Craniometaphyseal dysplasia is a rare bone disorder characterized by various osseus abnormalities of the cranium and long bones. Hearing loss is often the presenting complaint. This is the first reported case of hearing loss due to craniometaphyseal dysplasia successfully corrected by operation.
