Two electrophorectically distinct “7s” γ 1 , and γ 2 globulins were isolated from sheep anti‐rabbit thymus serum. The γ 1 fraction was effective in prolonging skin homograft retention in rabbits but did not suppress humoral antibody formation. The γ 2 fraction appears to contain other antibodies which react with rabbit tissue to cause anaphylactic‐like reactions.
