1. Nasal polyposis is amenable to conservative treatment by the use of solutions of procaine penicillin, 3,000 to 5,000 units per cc., when instilled into the nasal sinuses. 2. Procaine penicillin solutions provide a prolonged acting penicillin effect combined with the antihistaminic effect of procaine in decongesting the nasal mucosa. It is a great advance in nasal therapy.
