Between Security, Securitization and LanguageThe article analyzes relations between security, securitization and language. The issue was presented in the broader context of the specificity of the modern reality dominated by what Ulrich Beck has described as the ‘global risk’. Various forms of global danger make security the category through which the reality is more frequently depicted and explained. In the face of risk, securitization and its specific language have become today the major means of providing security.
