The article considers the theory of risk management in enterprises, as well as the main mechanisms of enterprise protection against threats. The methodological substantiation of the necessity of adaptation methods application for risk management is given, and also consideration of the possibility of its application on the sample of JSC “Nefis-Bioproduct” is offered.
