When machine-harvested of cabbage, non-commodity cut heads are generally over 20% in the total mass. In this connection, the cabbage harvesting machine, developed by Chuvashiya SAU, has a rework table with a mechanical transporter-cutter. This device will function effectively with the optimal number of maintenance personnel involved in the completion of the table. This process is optimized based on the theory of queuing operations. As a result, the optimal number of service personnel was established n = 2 people. The results of the calculations are checked in the production environment.
