At present, many scientists assess the state of agroecosystems and soil cover of our country, in particular, of the Republic of Tatarstan, as a crisis. Agroecosystems are negatively affected by both natural and anthropogenic factors. The main consequences of human economic activity include: soil erosion, pollution, depletion and acidification of soils, their solonetization, overmoistening and gleying, degradation of the mineral base of soils, their depletion with mineral substances and dehumification. All this is exacerbated by a sharp reduction of works, aimed to maintaining of soil fertility. Over the past 40 years, the content of humus in the arable layer in Tatarstan has decreased by 0.8%. The balance of the basic nutrition elements of crops remains negative. The study of phytosanitary state of Tatarstan soils showed the presence of a high, threshold level of seminal infections. Specialists of LLC “Agrocomplex “Ak Bars” have taken a course on management of biological activity of soil. The main areas of soil rehabilitation have been the biology of farming: the introduction of organic fertilizers, the introduction of greenhouse vapors, the shredding of chopped straw, the use of perennial legumes, leguminous crops. Widely used microorganisms, involved in the synthesis of humic compounds, is carried out inoculation of crop residues by useful microorganisms, involved in the control of plant pathogens.
